This week's series on the Iceberg Theory delves into visible behaviors that serve as protective walls, indicating underlying issues such as communication barriers, anger outbursts, and low self-confidence. Using "I wonder..." statements aids in understanding, allowing individuals to verbalize or express non-verbally, providing insights into resonant statements.
